Public Joint-Stock Company “Crimean Soda Plant” is a sole soda ash dense grade “A” and light grade “B” producer and exporter in Ukraine. It contributes significantly to the Ukraine industry and economic development supplying domestic market with soda ash.

High quality parameters of the manufactured soda ash allow it for export to the European countries as well as to Asia, America and Africa. In the course of many years the plant is consistently cooperating with the world famous companies.

Apart from the main product the plant produces formulation called “Siayvo”, which is used in production of household chemical Goods, soda ash in consumer packaging, building lime and table salt.

To maintain street and road network during winter period the plant offers antiicing reagent which is calcium chloride based product. Realization of sodium bicarbonate (food grade) project construction has started.

Joint-stock company is successfully introducing large-scale measures of energy recourses economy. A new 6 MW capacity steam turbine was set in operation in 2008 to cover the plant electricity power needs.

In 2013 a cogeneration 14.4 MW plant is planned for commissioning. Together with already produced electricity volumes it will cover almost 90% of the manufacturing plant needs.

Installation of new high speed vacuum filters improved quality parameters of soda ash, reduced sodium bicarbonate moisture content, saved power costs.

Environment protection is one of the most essential issues. In the process of soda ash ammonia method production salts of calcium, sodium and magnesium are the main components of discharge waters. These salts are of natural origin as generate from natural raw materials – sodium chloride and limestone. In order to recover discharge waters for further use in the national economy technological and marketing studies are carried out.

PJSC “Crimean Soda Plant” is the main budget forming company in Krasnoperekopsk and one of the main Crimean Autonomy budget payers. The plant is always fulfilling its obligations in regards of payments to the social and state budget funds.
